The new food pyramid recommends 2-3 servings of dairy products daily as part of a “healthy” diet.
I’d like to share a couple of facts regarding dairy products that aren’t well known:
1. The main protein in dairy products, casein, is promotional of cancer growth.
2. Dairy products cause an increased acidic environment in the human body. The bodies natural response to this is drawing calcium from bones to counteract the acidity.
3. There are no nutritional components in dairy products which cannot be found in healthier forms in vegetables and fruits.
Please don’t take my word for this, do your own research. The truth of the information is available, mostly couched in verbiage that makes it nearly impossible to understand, but still there.
